I’ve been working out again,
which is part of my plan to drag myself out of depression. My abs, arms & legs hurt so bad & it actually hurts to walk down the stairs!, but I’m really glad I’m doing it. I know that it will help me feel better about my body & it’ll give me more energy, which (tada!) will make me less depressed. I’m already feeling better. Now, I just have to keep it up!
